Warner provides customers with best-in-class corrosion resistance.

Warner staff continuously researches production techniques and products to provide the best quality and value to customers.  This is displayed in the products and processes Warner uses to lead the industry in eliminating rust.

The galvanneal coating is the first barrier against rust.  Warner uses A60 Galvanneal steel while competitors use A40.  This provides 50% more rust resistance than industry standards.  Our acid-etch phosphate wash system creates a superior bond between primer and the substrate.  We have partnered with Sherwin-Williams to ensure we use the highest quality and environmentally friendly paint products available in the industry.

Warner uses Sherwin Williams’ E2-W840 primer, a coating that does not require scuffing or sanding prior to painting.   The primer was designed to provide superior corrosion protection and offer a time savings to painters.  Because the primer does not necessitate sanding, correct mil thickness on the primer is unaffected assuring proper corrosion resistance.  Time is saved because painters simply wash the bodies with water, apply a sealer, and add the top coat.

Warner then uses Sherwin Williams' superior topcoats.  These products protect from the damaging effects of ultra-violet light, have excellent solvent, graffiti, chemical and chip resistance, and ultimately offer a long lasting high gloss finish.
