New Models to be Introduced in Atlanta

Warner is proud to be a part of the NTEAís annual Work Truck Show. This year Warner will be unveiling the new versions of the popular Select and Select Pro lines. The new version of the Warner Select has increased storage capacity and larger door openings as well as a fresh, new look. The new Select Pro has these features and new compression latches allowing it to lead the industry in keeping weather out of compartments. New literature and marketing material is currently being printed and will be sent to distributors in March. For additional information, please contact your sales associate at 317.773.2100.

Truck Latch Recall
Concern with Stainless Steel Latches are Addressed and Overcome

Manufactures partner with vendors for various components. Unfortunately, there are issues from time-to-time with these parts. What differentiates Warner is how we efficiently resolve these challenges. Therefore, we would like to inform customers of a potential problem with various latches provided to Warner customers over the last few months.

It was recently brought to our attention that a handful of Warnerís blind-mount stainless steel latches came from our vendor with one carbon steel part in lieu of stainless steel. While all other parts of the latch were stainless, this bracket has caused rust issues inside the paddle of various latches.

Warner and our vendors are responding to the issue and replacing any unsatisfactory latches with new, 100% stainless latches. Warnerís vendor has stated ìWhile we are not perfect, we will work hard to be as close to perfect as possible and make right any wrong. I cannot begin to apologize enough for this issue, and will work hard to rectify it.î

These rotary latches are standard on Select bodies and specified in many custom bodies. If you have any issues with your latches, please contact Kevin Evans, Warnerís Quality and Satisfaction Supervisor, and he will promptly send new latches for replacement. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. Click Here to email Kevin for additional information

International Show Truck
Warner and International Partner to Build Show Truck

International approached many vendors last year to provide them their new show truck. The truck was designed to showcase Internationalís GPS tracking systems and the new features available to Navistar customers. Following an extensive search, the company determined Warner would be the best partner in designing and manufacturing this unit.
The show truck is not your standard crane body. The body has all aluminum roll-up doors, two plasma screen TVs and a sound system that would make many teenagers jealous. International has used the truck for the 2005 NTEA show, the ICUEE show and multiple demonstrations across the nation. The next debut is scheduled to be the upcoming NTEA show in Atlanta.

New Sales Associate?
Customers Hear Familiar Voice in Inside Sales

Sales Associate Doug Reilly was recently offered an opportunity to go back into electronics with a deal that he could not refuse. Doug was an asset to our team and he will be missed. Warner is currently interviewing to replace Doug in inside sales.

In 2004, Mike Henderson moved from the sales staff to become a manager in Warnerís fabrication department. Mike has agreed to come back to sales and fill-in while Warner hires a new sales associate. ìMikeís flexibility to move from the shop to sales with little training is a tremendous asset,î according to Mark Boice. ìHe has been able to help us continue providing excellent service to our customers without missing a step.î Please feel free to call any of our sales associates with questions.
