Focus on: Quality
Warner's Rust Resistance vs. Immersion Dipping

Warner works hard to provide customers with best-in-class corrosion resistance.  While many people are talking about immersion priming, Warner is providing the higher-quality products with the best warranty.  First, Warner starts with A60 Galvanneal coating.  This provides 50% more rust resistance than industry standard A40 steel.

Testing proves that spray primer is superior to e-coat:

Test Sherwin Williams Immersion
Impact Resistance, @120+in/lbs  Pass  Fail
Flexibility, 1/8 in mandrel bend  Pass  Fail
Salt Spray (500+ hours)  Pass  Pass
UV Chalk Resistance   Superior Very Weak
Sanding Properties   Excellent Poor
Topcoat Adhesion, after 30 days dry Excellent Poor
Solvent Resistance, alcohol  No Effect No Effect
HAPS Compliant Pass  Fail
Meets Standards of Big 3   Pass  Pass
Color Options         White Green only

The proof is in the warranty.  While competitors have a warranty that is solely covered by their factory, Warner’s warranty is backed by Warner and Sherwin Williams.  Sherwin Williams randomly tests Warner’s products and warranties them as their own.  This provides customers with a regional convenience by allowing them to have work done by local Sherwin Williams’ facilities around the world.  Together, Warner and Sherwin Williams deliver superior quality and service to customers.

Shorter Accurate Lead Times
New Scheduling System Provides Big Benefits to Customers

Warner has traditionally led the industry in delivering short lead times to customers.  Viewing this as a competitive advantage, Warner management has invested back into the company to streamline efficiencies and reduce their already short production cycle.

In the spring, Warner implemented a new scheduling system that tracks units daily throughout the shop.  The new scheduling system provides Warner with the following:

o    Shorter lead times by allowing Warner associates to focus concentration on appropriate orders

o    More accurate delivery and lead time predictions

o    Knowledge of any situations that might make a product deviate from predicted delivery allowing for changes and immediate customer notification

The result: Warner can sell delivery times to customers that the competition cannot match.  Warner currently is stocking standard product and has a custom body lead time of five weeks.  This provides big benefits to Warner distributors and end-users.

According to the NTEA’s data, the truck equipment industry is poor at delivering quality products on-time.  It is Warner’s goal to continue breaking this trend.
