Warner Opens New Expansion In-Style On September 16, Warner hosted an open house to celebrate the grand opening of the new multi-million dollar expansion and consolidation. The event was a great success with tours, drinks and hor d'oeurves and even a ribbon cutting ceremony with local government leaders. Warner acquired the fabrication division of Metro Products in January. This division handled small and medium volume subcontracting work for several companies as well as manufacturing food processing, chemical and pharmaceutical equipment. |

With the acquisition Warner acquired tremendous new equipment. Multiple new, heavy duty Amada turret presses and lasers cut and punch steel, aluminum and stainless steel within near perfect tolerances. CNC press brakes with European style tooling, vertical and horizontal lathes and other rare fabrication equipment allow Warner to construct parts and products that have historically been subcontracted or unavailable. Time savers, bead blasters and other finishing equipment provide superior aesthetics and enhanced finish and aesthetics to multiple parts products. This is just a sampling of the remarkable new equipment now housed in Warner expansion. "We are very proud of our new expansion and the employees and equipment it houses. We now have new, state-of-the-art fabrication equipment and experienced employees to expand our truck equipment manufacturing division,” states Warner Bodies’ President, Mark Boice. “The new equipment allows Warner to even further expand our market presence and advance our products.” |

Warner Manufactures Life-Saving Military Devices During the first Gulf War, there were a number of deaths as a result of friendly-fire during the sand storms. After the war, the military researched several devices that would cut down these unfortunate deaths. |

Warner worked with a partner company to develop and construct a device that could be mounted on all American military vehicles to help identify them to American arms systems. Warner and its partner company will manufacture approximately 19,000 aluminum boxes containing the systems to help vehicles communicate to each other more effectively. “It is nice to build products that help the safety of the people working hard to keep us safe,” stated Warner Bodies’ President, Mark Boice. |

Warner Manufactures for PETE
Many chassis manufacturers have expanded their lines through the last few years. Peterbilt recently followed suit and introduced their new Class 5 chassis cab. Warner recently collaborated with Peterbilt of Indianapolis and Peterbilt Corporate to construct a innovative show truck. |

Warner has a reputation for engineering products that fit on unique models instead of simply attempting to fit a standard product on individual chassis. While many standard Warner utility bodies will fit on the new chassis, the Peterbilt specific unit has compartment sides designed and constructed to maximize storage capacity while retaining the chassis' aesthetic body lines. |
