Joe DeStephano and Larry Santangelo wanted a small rescue apparatus for their Fire-Police. Joe and Larry purchased this basic first responder designed to get the equipment to the scene visibly and easily. The apparatus has telescoping lights and a full Whelen light package, but still fit into the department's budget nicely. |
